When you see the first bloom in the middle of summer, go ahead and trim it up. Or if you prefer, you can do it in the fall or early spring, so the plant doesn't get too stressed.

This plant doesn't need any special care. However, I suggest cutting the stems after the first bloom to get a second bloom later in the season. After that, use sharp, clean tools. Then, water thoroughly and fertilize lightly.

You can do it in two stages: the first stage is in the early spring, and the second stage is after the flowers have bloomed 🌿

Go ahead and pick the dead leaves. And if the shape isn't quite as beautiful as it once was, no worries! You can always give it a little trim with your sharp shears. 😊
